Close-Up Face

I am trained by an EMDR Europe accredited trainer. Sessions only being once a therapeutic relationship is established between myself and you and I am assured that you will be able to cope with the feelings and emotions that may emerge from this processing. Sessions can be 50 minutes long but some may ideally be 90 minutes depending on the nature of the issue that is being processed. This will be something that we will discuss and agree during our initial sessions and revise as we move through therapy.
