Session fees and policies

It's really important that we feel we can work together in comfort and safety. Before your initial full session, I offer a free 10-15 minute phone or online Zoom call so you can ask any questions you may have about my practice or about therapy. If for any reason you feel that you may be more suited to another therapist, it is no problem at all to cancel our first session, and I am happy to help find you a different therapist if I can, or to signpost you to therapist directories.

Session Fee

Each session for individuals lasts 50 minutes, costing £50 per session. A session for couples counselling lasts 50 minutes and costs £60 per session.

Can I cancel a session?

I would appreciate as much notice of a cancellation as possible.
Any cancellations within 24 hours of a session may incur the full fee.

How can I book?

How do I pay?

You can pay via bank transfer or I can email a payment link toy. I can accept payment by cash or card on the day if it's in person. Details on how to pay will be given in the counselling working agreement/contract that I will send before our first session.
