Currently, only online or telephone counselling can be offered.  When COVID restrictions are lifted, face to face counselling will be offered and telephone or online clients may choose to switch to face to face.

You may book more than one session at a time, or you can opt to book on a week by week basis. It you have booked your first session online, I will contact you about having an initial short chat by phone prior to you coming for the first appointment.
