Service Description

Please ensure you have a webcam if you would like to use the video option. You can engage in counselling over Zoom without the video being on - this makes it similar to telephone counselling.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling within 48 hours incurs a charge of the full fee. Cancelling between 48 hours and 7 days incur a fee of £10 Cancellations with one week's notice incur no charge.
